pxp:zip doesn't handle absolute manifest URIs correctly. #71

In pxp:zip, when an href in the manifest is an absolute HTTP
URL, FileToZip.readLastModified() sends an HTTP request. Even if
there is a document in the source port with the same base URI.

This results in the entire pipeline to fail with an exception
when there is no connection or if the domain name does not exist.
This looks like a bug to me, if a document in the source port has
the same base URI, then HTTP should never be used.
