There is a problem with the neard.conf file inside the python folder.

Today the file reflects this content :

pythonVersion = "3.6.0.0"
pythonExe = "bin\python.bat"

bundleRelease = "r2"

But it must be :

pythonVersion = "3.6.0.0"
pythonExe = "bin\python.bat"
pythonCpExe = "WinPython Control Panel.exe"
pythonIdleExe = "IDLEX (Python GUI).exe"

bundleRelease = "r2"

Versions affected are 2.7.12.4, 3.4.4.5, 3.5.2.3, 3.6.0.0
