double scrollbar #64

Hi

following code displays a second scrollbar in Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Can't say if some of my code interfers, but site is scrolling and the normalize code inserts a second scrollbar which is, despite the page size not scroll-able.

overflow-y: scroll; /* 2 */ -> Row 76

By default, it doesn't create a 2nd scrollbar. So you'll need to provide a reduced test case that demonstrates the problem. Thanks

@necolas Remove scrollbar normalization. Fix #64 #65
The `html` scrollbar normalization can cause issues in Firefox
when certain techniques are used by JS plugins (e.g. modals).
