The Coordinators Entity Reference field on the Affinity Group Request webform was breaking, likely due to the large number of users that it was trying to prepopulate into a select box. Switch that field to an Entity Autocomplete field resolves that issue.
I also moved some things around in the flexbox layout and set NECT back to the default domain instead of CCMNET.
