Please answer these questions before submitting your issue. Thanks!

What version of Go are you using (go version)?

go 1.10.3

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

I compiled wasm-wip branch a week or two with no issues, but I just read last weeks golangweekly mentioning this article and it refers back to rebuild wasm-wip, but it disappeared.
So I may not update/build this wasm-wip branch again. What do you propose as an alternative?
All these web links are affected as a result:

https://github.com/lazyhacker/wasmgo
https://blog.gopheracademy.com/advent-2017/go-wasm/

What operating system and processor architecture are you using (go env)?

archlinux
$ /home/dma2/go1.10.3/bin/go env
GOARCH="amd64"
GOBIN=""
GOCACHE="/home/dma2/.cache/go-build"
GOEXE=""
GOHOSTARCH="amd64"
GOHOSTOS="linux"
GOOS="linux"
GOPATH="/home/dma2/Code/go"
GORACE=""
GOROOT="/home/dma2/go1.10.3"
GOTMPDIR=""
GOTOOLDIR="/home/dma2/go1.10.3/pkg/tool/linux_amd64"
GCCGO="gccgo"
CC="gcc"
CXX="g++"
CGO_ENABLED="1"
CGO_CFLAGS="-g -O2"
CGO_CPPFLAGS=""
CGO_CXXFLAGS="-g -O2"
CGO_FFLAGS="-g -O2"
CGO_LDFLAGS="-g -O2"
PKG_CONFIG="pkg-config"
GOGCCFLAGS="-fPIC -m64 -pthread -fmessage-length=0 -fdebug-prefix-map=/tmp/go-build275220431=/tmp/go-build -gno-record-gcc-switches"

What did you do?

cd mywasmtest/
git clone https://go.googlesource.com/go
cd go

git remote add neelance https://github.com/neelance/go

git fetch --all

git checkout wasm-wip

cd src
GOROOT_BOOTSTRAP=/home/dma2/go1.10.3 ./make.bash
export GOPATH=/home/dma2/Code/go
export GOROOT=/home/dma2/mywasmtest/go
export PATH=$GOROOT/bin:$GOPATH/bin:$PATH

mkdir -p /home/dma2/gowasm18jun2018
cd ../misc/wasm
cp * /home/dma2/gowasm18jun2018/
cp ~/mywasmtest/server.go /home/dma2/gowasm18jun2018/
cd /home/dma2/gowasm18jun2018/
GOARCH=wasm GOOS=js go build -o test2.wasm test2.go

If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
A complete runnable program is good.
A link on play.golang.org is best.

What did you expect to see?

compile correctly, run correctly without error.

What did you see instead?

error NewEventCallback error with different arg count and args.

This issue tracker is closed, all parts of wasm-wip have been merged to tip of golang/go. Please refer to instructions on building master of golang/go, and use that for your WASM experiments.

Actually, I did attempt it with the master fo golang/go. the Compile error about newEventCallback still arises.

All the same, please raise this issue against golang/go.
