  1. page up/page down supported for navigation

    This lets our presentation work with the 
    popular Kensignton Presenter, which sends
    page up/page down for its left/right buttons.
    
    FYI, the stop button sends "b" (which I couldn't find a use for), and
    the laser pointer button sends "F5", which starts a pres in ppt, but
    really doesn't have much use in showoff (at least on Chrome for Mac)

    in vim to get a new slide in your current buffer
