HTTP Data Browsing

Anup Ma edited this page Apr 3, 2019 · 1 revision

We have established a HTTP server-based browse and download feature at NeMO. This document describes the data organization at the data browser.

Data Organization

The data is organized in NeMO by projects. Within each project the data is organized by grant, lab where data was generated, the organism, or the assay type. See the directory structure shown below.

├── biccn
│   ├── assay
│   │   ├── chromatin
│   │   ├── methylation
│   │   └── transcriptome
│   ├── grant
│   │   ├── cemba
│   │   ├── devhu
│   │   ├── feng
│   │   ├── huang
│   │   └── zeng
│   ├── lab
│   │   ├── callaway
│   │   ├── ecker
│   │   ├── macosko
│   │   ├── regev
│   │   └── zeng
│   └── organism
│       ├── human
│       ├── marmoset
│       └── mouse
└── other
    └── grant
        └── epigenome_roadmap

Within each of these top level categories, data is organized by other dimensions. For instance within the lab directory data may be organized by modality, while within the organism directory the data is organized by grant.

HTTP Downloads

Data can be downloaded from NeMO HTTP Download using tools that support http downloads.

You can’t perform that action at this time.
