Has not been used since direct sensor access via kernel interfaces was replaced with code that uses sensorfw api. Remove dead code.
The filter-brightness-simple plugin has never been used by default, whether it still works has not been verified in ages, and it offers no benefits over the als aware plugin even on devices that do not have a light sensor. Remove whole plugin.
