[mce] Disable proximity sensor for x86. #4

The proximity sensor blocks touch events on x86 VM for Nemo.
This configuration prevents the proximity sensor from functioning
as its not required in virtual machine environment.

What about x86 devices that have proximity sensors?

We will have to create separate configurations per device, I think this package should be renamed like nemo-configs-x86-vm
