Could this plugin be modified to allow generating thumbnails for remote resources ? So in Qml I can use it like:

source: image://nemothumbnail/https://sailfishos.org/assets/img/sailfish-site-logo-large.png

If someone can point me how to go about it, I would be happy to implement this functionality.
