Hardware clock is managed by dsme, which listens to the timed settings_changed DBUS signal and synchs the hardware clock to system time.

DSME manages hardware time, this changeset removes rtc programming (done previously with the hwclock command) from timed. DSME listens to the timed settings_changed DBUS signal and synchs the hardware clock to system time.
