Note that this commit does not attempt to clean up timed code, that will be done in a separate pull request. This means that there are references to session bus in current timed code that is if-deffed out/not compiled (timed.cpp, mainly, look for "if 0"). |

Decouple class pinguin and class Timed, pinguin used Timed session bus address, but that's gone now.
