With an example that passes the camera input through a spiking CNN (trained on ImageNet) and classifies it.

No, it's not a WIP. Go ahead and review it if you'd like.

The example runs for me though my camera output isn't displayed properly. That's not too surprising though as my camera doesn't play nicely with Linux, so I'm going to take "doesn't crash" as working.

I'll add this to the docs and changelog during the merge.
