The JSON produced by conllulex2json.py contains the entire corpus and for some purposes (like using the Pepper module for Streusle) it's better to have 1 JSON per document. This script breaks the single JSON into document-level JSONs.
Also, add PAULA.md for instructions on how to convert to PAULA.
