[Bug]: Default job for postgresql doesn't include the netdata user

As mentioned in https://community.netdata.cloud/t/postgresql-documentation-leads-to-errors/3907/2
https://github.com/netdata/go.d.plugin/blob/master/modules/postgres/README.md instructs users to add user netdata to postresql, but our default jobs use user postgres instead.

Either instruct users to grant the privileges to user postgres, or use the netdata user in the config.

The documentation needs an update regardless of the decision, as it also includes a code snippet with the jobs that shows postgres as the user.

postgres user is superuser, no need to add privileges to it.
