Summary
This PR adds the first real documentation for features available in Netdata Cloud. There are three documents:
README.md: An introduction to what Netdata Cloud is, the features is has, and links to information about signing in or using Nodes View.signing-in.md: A step-by-step guide to signing in to Netdata Cloud via the web dashboard.nodes-view.md: A walkthrough of all the visual elements of the Nodes View and what they do, along with a few tables about the services shown in theServicestab.@gpapamathND and I think this is pretty solid, as we worked on them pretty closely a few weeks ago, but I'm adding
WIPhere in case we need to take more time to get these dialed in before sending them out.Component Name
