Catalyst 4500 does not support CISCO-STACK-MIB.

It looks like these devices use the MAU-MIB at newer
software revision levels.

See:

under Enhanced Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) MIB
support.

I wrote a mau_i_duplex_admin2, using ifMauDefaultType and
ifMauAutoNegAdminStatus, and it works on my Catalyst 4500. The existing
mau_i_duplex_admin, using ifMauAutoNegCapAdvertised, doesn't work on the
Catalyst.

After discussion with Max, I committed mau_i_duplex_admin, which is my new
version and will fall back to the older one. HP 4000 switches are the only one
we could find that didn't support the newer method, and the fallback code
worked when tested.
