Adds support for applying the JSON-LD input marker to referenced object schemas inside array items, including
$refand logical operator variants. Refactors schema reference collection into a dedicated helper for clearerreuse, and fixes a PHPStan issue in IRI template generation by guarding against non-string resource short names.
