I'm facing multiple issues while xcompiling netsniff-ng.
The goal is to have this nice package available in OpenWrt.
But the self-written configure/Makefiles are not xcompile ready even though the configure script mentions cross-compilation support. There are some major issues regarding pkg-config // CFLAGS // LDFLAGS which blocks me porting it to OpenWrt.

I've started to write a basic CMakeLists.txt which aims to be clone of the current self-written configure/Makefiles. See:

It seems that there was some sort of CMake support in the past, but it is not in repository anymore. What happened?
