Bug Description

There is an undefined $response variable in SmtpMailer:

mail/src/Mail/SmtpMailer.php

Line 172 in ad28f8a

throw new SmtpException('SMTP server did not accept EHLO with error: ' . trim($response));

Possible Solution

Maybe $ehloResponse should be used?
