In Safari tracy bar isn't draggable.

Problem is in line 341 (v2.3.7) || 352 (v2.4-dev) because Safari does not support MouseEvent.buttons property (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MouseEvent/buttons). I'm not sure but you can use MouseEvent.which instead (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MouseEvent/which)

This is fix for Firefox, so Safari can be ignored.
