Given a transaction hash like 0x9d4509c900053df30cb352ed3a6b17b1c61621b8ce99b497c790acaa62e28e9a display it as 0x9d45....8e9a and when clicked, open https://etherscan.io/tx/0x9d4509c900053df30cb352ed3a6b17b1c61621b8ce99b497c790acaa62e28e9a in a new tab.
