The following two issues are addressed

Moreover, the wxwidgets version can now be configured also for stimfit lite, with

• cursor settings dialog is now usable again (issue #109)

• trace selection by entering a trace number in the trace selection box is now working on windows as well (issue #111)

• pslope tab is removed from cursor settings dialog (as suggested by Jose)
