The demos in the examples/ directory of the neurokernel repo that contain actual LPU models (olfaction, sensory_int, and vision) should be moved (along with their commit histories) to independent repos.

The multi and timing demos should remain in the neurokernel repo because they either illustrate or assess the performance of the inter-LPU API independently of LPU design. The intro and generic demos should be moved to the new repo that will contain the draft LPU implementation code.

The neuroml demo will remain the existing neurokernel repo for the time being.

New demo repos need not contain any installation scripts; the code should be runnable if the core Neurokernel code has been properly installed.
