Rolling continuous build. Refreshed automatically every push to
main after the build + boot smoke-test both pass.

NextBSD-arm64-rpi5-* (Raspberry Pi 5 family: 5 B, 500/500+, CM5)
is built from the same rootfs but is not boot tested by CI --
qemu does not emulate this board. Write it to a USB stick or NVMe
and boot it.
