Since upgrading to NC13.06 with FTS0.99.3, I am unable to download from the search results page. The only option is to load the directory (which is huge).

FTS does not look to be enable, this is the default search feature from Files.

It's definitely enabled. I disabled and re-enabled. Also:

But I have recently reset and have not yet completed a full index. Is this the issue?

Also, I see:

  • files_fulltextsearch: 0.99.4
  • fulltextsearch: 0.99.3

Is this right? I'm a bit confused about which app does what.

I've just updated elasticsearch and kibana (6.4.1), updated the ingest plugin, and now I'm trying. I've been getting huge hangs (hours) on compareWithCurrentIndex whenever my External storages are being compared with the index. It also seems that OCR isn't working. What can I do to narrow down the list of suspects?

Still having issue after :reset and :index. Started to re-index on Friday as the regular search had appeared for a couple users. On Monday, index had not properly completed and only regular search was available for all user. Is this normal behavior?

Currently on NC14

This issue was somehow resolved, I can't remember how, but it's back. See here.

The issue is different, though. I now have the 3 dot menu, but Download is missing.

downgrade "Full text search - Files" to version 1.4.0 and you get back the download option. it still works with nc18
