Yeah, I doubt any of those preload configurations are going to work within the snap. As annoying as the errors are, they are expected and, I assume, harmless.
Yeah, that's coming from snapd. The snapd on your system typically propagates calls to the snapd contained within the core snap, but it looks like the one on your system is a little newer, so it's just saying it's not doing that. Not an issue. |

Can you two please verify that, despite the warnings, the system is functioning okay? |

Hmmm... This is exactly the same problem we had a few months back and which prevented the setup from auto-updating. That was due to some snap-confine backport errors. Hopefully this is not the case this time. |

@kyrofa Would be nice if it would work. But it does not. the apache seems to work somehow. At least i got redirected to the https site when i try to speak to internal IP Adress. but then it stays blank. No response as it seems. |

Oh @oparoz, are you talking about syslog entries like this? It does ring a bell...
@pumpkin999 @shadowempire123 do you see any denials like that in your syslog? |

/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libarmmem.so Should i try to upload a whole syslog while starting up? |

@kyrofa Yes https://bugs.launchpad.net/snap-confine/+bug/1621127 At the time, users needed to upgrade to a newer package, but they couldn't get it. Hopefully this time it's just a matter of waiting for a newer package to land in the repos (if that's the problem). |

You could sync some files, launch the command and check the data folder to see if thumbnails have been generated. |

I uploaded some pics and ran the command. And opened the webclient and android app. It looks like still generating them on demand, takes ages.. |

@pumpkin999 I mentioned this issue to the team at Canonical that made the image, and they suggested upgrading to the Ubuntu Core-based image. @oparoz do you have that image and documentation available? |

@kyrofa - I should be able to test on Thursday, but we may be able to release the new image this week if we have the documentation ready. |

@oparoz good deal. I'm a little out of the loop there, so if you wouldn't mind updating this issue I would really appreciate it. @pumpkin999 assuming the testing goes well, I think that image is your best bet. I really don't know what's going on with your box, but there's a lot less to go wrong on Ubuntu Core. |

No idea, but if the upgrade process doesn't cover that, I'm your guy for snap-specific stuff like that. |

I also did the absolut standart install and getting the same error after 'sudo nextcloud.occ preview:pre-generate' or 'generate-all' ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libarmmem.so' from /etc/ld.so.preload cannot be preloaded (cannot open shared object file): ignored. Preview generator was recommended to me on Twitter by @nextclouders because of the slow thumbnail generation and loading on nextcloud box. I'm kinda disappointed as well that its recommended but doesn't work.. |

I want to reiterate that the inability to preload that library seems non-fatal. If you're having issues it's in all likelihood not due to that error. @Seferi can you please paste the entire output from |

I am getting a lot of these errors for different commands.
