adding modules from nanoseq dsl2 conversion

Hi! I converted the nf-core/nanoseq pipeline to dsl2 two months ago in this pull request, and @drpatelh suggested that it would be nice to add the modules from nf-core/nanoseq to nf-core/modules. I have opened a pull request to add the ucsc_bed12tobigbed process from nf-core/nanoseq to nf-core/modules.
Here are local process modules from nf-core/nanoseq that are not in nf-core/modules :

• bedtools_bamtobed.nf - PR: add bedtools bamtobed module (from nanoseq modules) modules#466
• get_chrom_sizes.nf
• graphmap2_align.nf - PR: add graphmap index and align modules (from nanoseq modules) modules#468
• graphmap2_index.nf - PR: add graphmap index and align modules (from nanoseq modules) modules#468
• gtf2bed.nf
• guppy.nf
• minimap2_index.nf -PR: add minimap2 index module (from nanoseq modules) modules#467
• nanolyse.nf (along with get_nanolyse_fasta.nf) -PR: add nanolyse module (from nanoseq modules) modules#471
• nanoplot.nf - PR: Nanoplot and sequencing_summary.txt for Nanopore test data modules#364 (merged into nf-core/modules-master already)
• pycoqc.nf - added by Jose Espinosa-Carrasco already (merged into nf-core/modules-master already)
• qcat.nf - PR: add qcat module (from nanoseq modules) modules#469 (To prevent merge conflicts, please add this after other nanoseq modules are added)
• stringtie2_merge.nf -PR: Add stringtie merge module (from nanoseq modules) modules#475
• ucsc_bed12tobigbed.nf - PR: ucsc_bed12tobigbed (previous pull request had conflicts) modules#302 (merged into nf-core/modules-master already)
