Port Forwarding for VPC not working for first rule

Hi

I am trying to build an VPC from the ground up with ansible.

I am having trouble when trying to forward (i believe) the first port.

I get this message:

Unable to create port forwarding rule for the ipAddress id=1316 as ip is not associated with any network and no networkId is passed in

I don't know what the source of the issue is, but after creating the first port forward with the web console my playbook works.

ok, I can see how the VPCs work.

If fact there is an "implied" tier assignment operation on first use of the IP. Once a port is forwarded the ip is assigned to a given tier.

looks like, in fact, the first port assignment logic is different.

I have traced what the UI does and in the call a networkId is passed.

I guess the network Id is the one corresponding to the network created matching the tier in which the VM is.

mmm this is a network whose name matches the VPC tier and this module also takes a network parameter.

So, I just tested to specify both the VPC and the name of the tier as network, which matches the isolated network name for the tier, and then it works. So, this case is actually supported by the module as it is.

I think I can PR a bit of documentation to clarify and a corresponding example, that should do.
