Per nginx/docker-nginx#776 (comment) -- Alpine 3.18 images are not yet available

Not for now. I'd suggest keeping an eye out on https://nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html. Once Alpine 3.18 images are available, the list there will be updated (and the Docker images will likely follow in the coming days after the release) 😄

Looks like there's a PR open in the upstream Docker NGINX image (nginx/docker-nginx#805) -- I'll merge this one once it gets merged 😄
