docs: Revamp includes

Proposed changes

• Removes unused includes
• Moves a couple of includes to new locations based on products
• Adds all missing nd-files metadata (docs where include is used)
• Corrects some nd-files metadata
• Adds/corrects nd-product data for Agent and Nginx One Console (Other products to come)
