Collect NGINX Modules (NGF)

As a maintainer of NGF/NIC
I want to collect the list of NGINX modules used in NGF/NIC
So that I can understand what NGINX modules are most used in the projects.

Acceptance

• A list of currently installed NGINX modules for NGF or NIC is recorded.
