Better error message when user uses MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH in the ngless version string #84

ngless "0.9.1"
...

NGLess currently complains

Version 0.9.1 is not supported (only versions 0.0/0.5-9 are available in this release).

Many small fixes rather than any large new features.

Full ChangeLog:

    * Fix to lock1's return value when used with paths (#68 - reopen)
