Native Debian packaging

Would be nice to be able to build binary debian packages etc eventually.

Probably best to use native Debian packaging scripts rather than CPack if we want to upstream eventually.

Proposed packaging schema:

• glscopeclient:
  • glscopeclient
  • libscopehal
  • libscopeprotocols
  • libgraphwidget
• glscopeclient-dev
  • dev headers for everything
• glscopeclient-data
  • shaders, kernels, gradients, etc

Moving to v0.2, we'll be using CPack for v0.1 unofficial binaries

Closing this. Simon Richter has taken on the role of Debian package maintainer and things are moving towards eventual inclusion in the official Debian repos.
