• Set Address to the SIPTAPI line number in TSPI_lineGetAddressCaps
• Do not log string-parameters when entering TSPI_ functions as there is a Unicode/ANSI/MultiByteChar
  confusion which may crash during conversion. Now, Debug versions should work fine again.
