You will need to follow the next steps.

1. Download the IPLocation-parser app somewhere in your system. For example /opt/iplocation/iplocation-parser.jar

2. Download a fresh IP-Location database file from an place it somewhere in your system. For example /opt/iplocation/IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB9.IPV6.BIN

3. Change your telegraf config to use
