Ubuntu 16.04 is reaching end of standard support on April 30. We should stop supporting it.

Checklist:

  • Release Nicotine+ 3.0.6 as the last officially supported version for Ubuntu 16.04
  • Stop generating new PPA builds for Ubuntu 16.04. Keep a stable PPA build around until Nicotine+ 3.1.0.
  • Revert 54aa812 and remove all packaging/CI workarounds for Ubuntu 16.04
  • Remove gir1.2-appindicator3-0.1 from debian/control, since Ubuntu 18.04+ contains gir1.2-ayatanaappindicator3-0.1
