Leech detector logs not showing up 

Nicotine+ version:  3.1.0.dev1.r5089.0a96baaa
Operating System/Distribution: Arch

Until recently, I would see a log entry for the leech detector either when it did or did not detect a leech; now I don't see any at all.

Edit: I've tried enabling the `Plugin Debugger` plugin, but didn't see anything interesting there either.
