possibly worrie with upload stuck in connecting state if folder uploaded

Describe the bug

i hav the feeling that if i upload one mp3/flac/etc.... it works well but users with more than 2 files or complete folder are all stuck in connecting state

Expected behavior

all files/folder uploading correctly to users

Steps to reproduce the bug

wait for user downloading from you with more than 2 files or complete folder

same after update 1 file ok uploading > more than one file stuck in connecting state ( more than 1 hour for now on same file)

so to complete what i told you on IRC
i checked "I can receive direct connections" seems to let s uplaod starting
few days ago i deleted my ;nicotine folder to comeback default and refresh databse i did not know if it was checked before but it fix what i considered bug sorry for that ....
