As above, is impossible to share.

In Settings > Transfers > Downloads > 'Share download directory' is checked, but does not share

Tried adding the Downloads directory via Settings > Shares > Public Shares > Add, but does not share either

Shares > Rescan shares
Rescanning started
Rescanning: Checking 0 directories
Rescanning: Found 0 directories
Rescanning finished
