Valet breaks if you didn't run `composer global update` (and platform checks are on)

You may get the following warning:

Composer detected issues in your platform

This is fixed by ticking the "automatically update composer dependencies" option in preferences, but is a bad experience for new users.

This does break site loading in the domains list, so PHP Monitor should handle this scenario.
