A recipe can be applied by executing jscodeshift:
npx jscodeshift -t RECIPE.ts TARGET_DIR/
E.g.:
npx jscodeshift -t src/qunit-assert-equal-to-strictEqual.ts --parser=ts src/**/*.ts
