I've been doing this lately. It allows me to offload these Dist::Zilla plugins to the Travis server and let me focus on other things. This PR adjusts the dist.init to allow for the modules in your plugin that are deprecated (see other PR for your plugin) and includes the necessary .travis.yml file for building and running tests in the cloud.

Have merged - holding off pushing out a release in case there are more things in the pipeline. Otherwise will update shortly.

Great! I'm looking at the UTF-8 stuff now. Also, to enable travis builds from your repo, you have to login to http://travis-ci.org, link it to your github (should be one in the same). You then have to visit your profile page and in the Repositories tab, you have to enable html-scrubber. Then the .travis.yml file will be recognized and you'll be automatically building!
