We here at streamlabs have found an issue with the latest update you've released (version v7.1.7)
The issue has to do with the new feature you've added, allowing users to disable the overlay extension.

By default, the option to disable the overlay extension is disabled in the BTTV Settings.
Unfortunately, it acts like it is enabled, if the user has not touched the setting before.
Once you go into the BTTV Settings, enable the option, then disable it again, things start working.

We know this is a small bug, but it seems to be causing a lot of issues for many users on Twitch.
After looking through the GitHub Source code, we've narrowed the issue down to one line of code:

this.toggleHidePlayerExtensions();

It appears that this option is being toggled right from the start, regardless if it was set to be hidden or not.
If you guys could push and update to get this resolved, it would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
