twitch.chatSendAdminMessage (or something that it calls) is throwing an uncaught exception. Reproducible symptoms involve mostly /commands, which range from silently non-functional (/followed, /uptime, etc), to reporting "Unrecognized command" in chat (/localsub et al.) The host button works and activates the host on the user's channel, but fails attempting to report that fact in the hosted channel's chat. All of these of course throw a stack backtrace with various routes to the console for the exception. This just started in the last day or so. I have a test page open from shortly after the .39 release, and it's working fine for all these commands, so twitch changed... something.

Another user has reported that this is breaking anon chat as well. This is likely because there is a call to chatSendAdminMessage in changeUser right before the QUIT to log the user out of chat. The QUIT is try wrapped, but the send is not, so when the uncaught exception gets thrown, it probably never gets to the QUIT.
