Perekrestok The project I'm really proud of. I've built native iOS application with food delivery service (250 000 DAU iOS, 99.98% crash-free sessions) from scratch. Fully functional e-commerce and loyalty program (bonus card, personal offers, clubs by interest and so on). Participated in project from the very beginning - helped to create development-workflow, interview and hire. Responsible for iOS application - writing code and leading the team of 4. Planning, design of new functionality, participating in architecture development of cross-company features like Single Sign On. MVVM+C, AutoLayout from code (SnapKit), Caching/Offline mode, Multithreading, Routing (Pushes with delivery tracking, Deeplinks) etc. AppStore

Factorymarket Profiled feed of products using Instruments, fixed slow places. Refactored architecture of the app to MVVM, created repositories layer for models and storage. Was responsible for iOS department - application releases, architecture decisions, discussion and implementation of new features. Created iOS team, interviewed and hired developers.
