Right now, when you click "Create Handoff!" and then enter the Handoff's information and submit it, you return to the top of the Patient Record view. Since most users will first look to find where they want to annotate and then click "Create Handoff!" it would be nice to keep the screen in the same place so they can just click the field(s) they want to annotate from there.
