ICE when using --newruntime with proc returning tuple #11004

Compiling this small with --newruntime snippet produces an ICE.

Example

proc test(): (seq[int], int) =
  return (@[1], 1)

Current Output

../lib/system/fatal.nim(37) sysFatal
Error: unhandled exception: /home/clyybber/builds/nim/compiler/liftdestructors.nim(301, 14) `t.destructor != nil`  [AssertionError]

Expected Output

Compilation successful  :P

Additional Information

This proc returning a tuple[int, int] does not fail:

proc test(): (int, int) =
  return (1, 1)
$ nim -v
Nim Compiler Version 0.19.9
