`continue` in an `except Exception as e` block crashes the compiler. #11683

Example

for i in [0]:
  try:
      raise newException(ValueError, "testy test")
  except ValueError as e:
    continue

Current Output

Error: internal error: expr(nkContinueStmt); unknown node kind
No stack traceback available
To create a stacktrace, rerun compilation with ./koch temp cpp <file>

Expected Output

Additional Information

This occurs on the latest devel and the Nim Playground.
