proc p[X]() {.inline.} = discard  # This is parsed.
proc p {.inline.} [X]() = discard # This is not parsed.

type T[X] {.shallow.} = void  # This is not parsed.
type T {.shallow.} [X] = void # This is parsed.

It seems like the second-to-last line should be valid, and the last line should raise an error. Instead, the opposite occurs (Error: implementation of 'T' expected).
